Was that reputation near the bottom of the list? In the old VBulletin 3.0.x forums, Brandon had installed a mod into the forums to display all of your reputation, but after he upgraded the forums he has not had a chance to update this mode yet.

The reputation is not gone, just 'displaced' from the current page.
