Cover for a robot

I was wondering if you could put a cover on a robot that was see through and easy to take off for accessability. Is that against the rules 'cause I'm not seeing it.

Re: Cover for a robot

there is no problem with having a cover on the robot however the Robot Controller LED's must be visible to the Field Attendants so that if any troubleshooting is needed they won't have to dig for the controller. Same thing goes for the Team Color LED's they must be visible and cannot be covered by anything.

Re: Cover for a robot

i dont really see what rules it would break to have a cover, lexan works particularly well because it is lightweight and is clear, as you wanted
