42 mm Banebots Gearbox

Banebots doesn't appear to have any drawings of the gearboxes on their website and I was wondering if anyone has a drawing made up, or knows where to find one for the mounting pattern on the front of the 42 mm banebots gearboxes.

Thanks

We're looking for the mounting pattern of the 42mm gearbox, which is not on the FIRST CAD Library.

The assembly we found for it had the dimensions in metric.
Attached is the assembly file for Inventor.

Happy build season.
That model is the 56 mm gearbox. We're looking for the 42 mm gearbox.

Anyone have an update on the face mounting hole pattern for #10-32 holes?

Re: 42 mm Banebots Gearbox

There is no 42mm gearbox in the kit. The gearboxes are 56mm w/ the CIMs and 36mm w/ the RS-545. The smaller 36mm gearbox and RS-545 motor are up on FIRST CAD library, I just checked.

Yeah, but a 42mm Gearbox is a COTS item that I assume they are ordering to be used with a KoP motor.

However, the Fisher Price motor that is in the kit can easily be adapted to use the 42mm gearbox as Dr. Joe says here.

Re: 42 mm Banebots Gearbox

I ordered a couple 42mm Gearboxes (the 64:1 and the 256:1) and recieved them. I'll have models posted in the FirstCadLibrary by Monday evening.

Note that the lengths are different depending on the gear ratio because of the number of planetary gearsets.
