Questions Regarding Rules
Okay...so two questions...
1. If you were playing defense during autonomous mode, would it be okay to run into opposing robots? 2. At the end of a match, if one of the robots that has been elevated off the ground is touching the wall, do they count as an extension of us? Thanks ![]() |

Re: Questions Regarding Rules
1. depends - are you going to "ram" the opponents by picking up speed? That would be against the rules. You can "pin" opponents for a maximum of 10 seconds, but intentionally ramming or hitting outside the bumper zone would be against the rules.
2. No. The other robot must not be in contact with any part of the field in order to recieve the bonus. |

2. The wall is considered part of the game field since it is apart of the alliance station. Quote:

Re: Questions Regarding Rules
Rule <R37> on page 14 of "The Robot" section of the manual details everything you ever would want to know about the bumpers.
