Camera Working...then mysteriously stopped

I had the camera working, used a tweaked version of Kevin's code, and then all of a sudden (with no changes or damage whatsoever) it stopped. Now instead of the green and red lights that were constantly lit before, there is one green light, and no movement of the camera. No changes were made to the robot or the code so what could be the issue??
