andymark?

Ok so
My team has ordered the mecanum wheel set from andymark, we did this on Monday. As of yet we have received no conformation that they have even shipped. Does anyone know, typically, how long it takes to receive stuff from Andymark? We need our wheels to get programming and testing!
Peace out

Looks like your team wasn't the only team that order Mecanum wheels from AndyMark,

Here is a link to the note, usually AndyMark is very prompt at getting parts out to teams, however like every other supplier out there, if stock is low, than it'll take a little longer to receive your order.

Re: andymark?

Our team has spent nealy 7k the past year from Andy Baker. He is a great guy and we usually get our stuff very quickly even though we are all the way in Hawaii.
For example, we ordered something last week Friday and got it two days ago!

Good luck with your items. I would just call him.

Re: andymark?

I ordered some aluminum omniwheels and got confirmation immediately, delivery notification within a couple of days, and receipt of parts in under a week. I think AndyMark delivers faster than that if your order comes from stock; e.g., sprockets.

Re: andymark?

Andy and I were talking about this yesterday and he told me that the mecanums have been really loading him down lately. I know that he usually is really good a getting orders out, so just have patients with this.

Re: andymark?

We are catching up...

Sorry for the delay for some deliveries. These are the parts that are taking the longest:

Mecanum wheels (1 week until shipped)
Shifter gearboxes (4-5 days)
6" omni wheels (plastic and aluminum) (4-6 days)
25 series sprockets (2-3 days)

Mark and I sincerely appreciate everyone's support. We are hustling to get all orders out ASAP.

Andy B.
