I've not seen the drawings, so I may be way off, but whenever I've seen "TYP" in a drawing, it's meant "typical(ly)" ... where on the drawing is "14.912' TYP"?

TYP on a drawing means that that dimension applies to multiple dimensions on the drawing.
For example, if there is a circular pattern of 8 bolt holes to be drilled on a drawing, the diameter of one of the holes might be dimensioned as 0.250" TYP, which implies that dimension would apply to all 8 holes, even though only one was labeled. |
