The Rack - Where Do the Bungees Go?

Folks:

Has anyone else noticed a discrepancy between the less expensive team field drawings and the full-fledged competition drawings. On the competition field drawings, the bottom bungees (those bungees connecting the lowest spider to the base of the Rack) are shown on octagonal sides which ARE NOT under the green lights. On the less expensive team field drawings, the bungees appear to be on the octagon sides which ARE under the green lights.

Does anyone have an explanation for this? I submitted a question to the FIRST Q&A, but it has not yet been answered.

Thanks!

Re: The Rack - Where Do the Bungees Go?

If I remember correctly, the field set up at Kickoff had the bungees under the posts without the light.

I can't really explain why the drawings are different. I don't have any guesses either.

Dan:

Thanks.

After checking, there is a response via FIRST Q&A. You are correct. The bungees go on the octagonal sides WITHOUT the light. Just a warning to those of you who used the low cost field prints - they may be different from the actual competition field rack.

Make your your bungees are where they should be!

As you can see here (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/photos/26384) we also made this mistake. We plan on moving them.
