Has anyone keyed IFI wheels instead of using the bearings?
I need to find a simple way to key the ifi wheels to the drive shaft.
any insight(words, pictures, inventor files) would be much appreciated -matt |

The AM universal hubs linked above have an identical bolt-hole pattern to the one on the IFI traction wheels that is typically used for a sprocket. They are also really, really light...

You other option being to lathe and broach something similar to the AM one, but use the bolt holes for the bearing retainers instead of the ones for the sprockets.
