Just between us folks, I don't think anyone will have a problem with the occasional thread in Portuguese. Anyone who doesn't understand can always go to Babelfish or the like to get the gist.
On the other hand, I simply cannot imagine not having the KOP by even now, that is a HUGE disadvantage. In the future, perhaps FIRST can pre-ship them some weeks early to a neutral in-country location, and they get shipped to teams from there at kickoff. Ditto other locations where inbound Customs might be an issue. Don
