Irritated w/ Bimba

This is partially Bimba and partially FIRST at fault. Fortunately, Bimba is stepping up, notifying teams, and offering free replacements. The issue is that the rules clearly state that the only cylinders you can use are the ones listed on the order form in the pneumatics manual, but apparently a lot of people didn't notice the discrepancies between that order form and the online form.
