My god! What could you possibly need 8 motors for? Hell, our team only needs 4 motors and a spike.

Very nice, clean wiring.

I assume that the backup battery is fastened down with some Velcro or similar? Interesting place to mount it...

Yeah we used dual lock. I am in love with the stuff - it is a little pricey but worth it if you have the money.

Usually you have the clearance for the battery on top of the RC and as long as you keep the indicator lights visible it works pretty well. We also want the backup extra visible this year so we don't forget to charge it

Thanks!

Unless you have weight to burn get rid of the wire looping back on it self, other wise very neat.

well we have 4 for our drivetrain, two for lowering our platforms, another one or two for releasing the lifts - it adds up quickly. Believe me, if we could get away with 4 motors and a spike I would be all for it!

You know, I hadn't actually thought of that for some reason. We are going to great lengths to make weight this year without any sacrifice to functionality and that is such an easy fix, thanks for the input!

Sweet wiring for what you have done so far... although there is never to much zip ties and shrink tubing...

It's below the Robot Controller. The angle of the picture makes it difficult to see that the RC is raised a few inches off the board on studs.
