Is it me or is there a bug with my 3dsmax?

Awww... I made a model of my tree... textured it... rigged... now that i'm going to put it in the scenario... It works well....

BUT when i close the file and open it again... BAM! The model is totally messed up! Look the image i posted below:

http://img54.imageshack.us/img54/2925/treeto9.jpg

And i tried it three times... It always happens... I tried to merge the scenario into the tree model, and vice-versa... I don't know what is happening...If someone can help me i will be very grateful =)
