help us shrink our animation size
does any body know some kind of program that can help us shrink our animation size

Our team had this problem last year and never figured it out. I think you need to render the animation into segments and then combine them after. Not sure though.

Is it in Quicktime DV-NTSC format? There are a number of Quicktime formats but if it's not DV-NTSC it'll be disqualified.
When you render a .MOV from Max under "Files..." there is a Setup button that lets you pick the type of Quicktime format, and a slider bar that lets you choose the compression quality. The higher the quality the larger the file size. Video editing programs also have a similar setup screen. |

If your animation consists of no motion, then it'll be a small file. How's that for a good suggestion?
