Actually the distance to the center of our first wheel is about 3.188 and our clearance when the robot rocks back with the arm is about 3/4, and we have tested this bot on a ramp at 25 degrees. The ramp was made of aluminum with sand paper on and it climbed it without a problem. I'm sure we can climb your ramp Fin.
