Re: So who's up late tonight?
We do nearly all our own machining on team 100.
Seeing that we are total noobs, it often takes us unreasonably long times to machine simple mechanisms. It is not unusual for us to work in the machine shop until midnight. We have been pulling all-nighters since we finalized our design four weeks ago! It took us a draw dropping 27 hrs of machining to make a simple worm-drive for the big-CIM. There was one night when we worked on it until 2:00 am! Fortunately, we bolted on the last mechanical component today and it will now be programing's turn to toil into the wee-hours of the morning ![]() |
