Ok , if students handed in a FIRST media release form at the kick off, do they need to fill out a new one for the Regional event?

Q: If we submitted consent forms for members at the kick-off, do we have to re-submit at our first regional? A: YES, you must resubmit new forms. All participants (team members as well as adult mentors) are required to submit a signed FIRST Consent and Release Form at their initial Regional event. |
