[FVC]: Servo motor fix

Hi!
we are really new to all of this and are in great need of some assitance!! Our competition is fast approaching and we need to figure out how to convert our servo motor into a continuous motor. We've already taken out the geared brake in the servo, but the motor is continuously spinning afterwards and fully uncontrollable by our remote. It just keeps spinning!! Is there anyway to solve this!!

Please help!!
