You might want to armor those cameras. There are going to be a lot of arm-flailing robots in this year’s game...
I would have to guess that this is an arm/elevator design where the manipulator is raised up and down by the actuators on the back. I'm guessing that the arm can lean forward to allow for a "parking space" on the back of the robot. I'm also willing to bet that the ramps were removed to make weight  As to how the manipulator works I honestly have no idea... GL at SVR and Davis! Looks like another slick machine from 114!
