http://www.usfirst.org/uploadedfiles...D_SiteInfo.pdf
• Bring your consent forms with you.
• Inspection: Be sure to bring your Bill of Materials for inspection. http://www.usfirst.org/community/frc...nt.aspx?id=452 There is a suggested template in Section 8 of the manual. There will also be forms in each pit on Thursday March 16 to indicate where your team needs help or help your team can offer to others to help everyone pass inspection.
• There is no wireless available in Halsey Field House. The nearest wireless/fax is located off the USNA grounds.
• Be sure to bring enough safety glasses for your team and for any visitors you are expecting.

Food:
• Perk! As long as teams continue to clean up, our hosts, the US Naval Academy, will allow teams to bring their own food and drinks into the pit area in Halsey Field House. No food allowed in the stands.
• Box lunch option. To order meals ahead of time, order directly from the Dry Dock Restaurant, located on the Academy grounds in Dahlgren Hall, about a block from the venue site. Their phone number is 410-293-2873.
• There is no team social at the Chesapeake Regional. Team 75 is having a dinner on Friday night. Contact: malka_elke@yahoo.com

Schedule:
http://www.usfirst.org/uploadedfiles..._MD_Agenda.pdf
• There will be a mandatory drivers meeting after the end of practice matches on Thursday, March 15, 2007

Student Volunteers:

• Send me the names of 2-3 students from your team who are interested in being "Student Ambassadors" on Friday and Saturday, giving VIP tours. We will provide training on Thursday. Students may not volunteer as Student Ambassadors if they are on the drive team.
• Sent me the names of 1-2 students from your team who are interested in singing the national anthem at opening ceremonies on Friday and Saturday. These students will meet and audition as a group on Thursday. We have done this the past 2 years, and it is a lot of fun.
