Re: FLR to be locally televised.
This is the type of coverage that a FIRST event needs.
I remember seeing tape of the FIRST championship when it was on ESPN and it was so watered down it failed to capture the true feel of the event (kind of like when they cover track and field or drag racing. They skip the preliminaries and skip to the tournament). No way a major network of any kind can dedicate that many hours to a full FIRST event. |
