Is this supposed to be the regional webcast? All I am seeing is a DVD menu or the FIRST Logo. Or is there an error in the webcast?

Confirmed. We finished a few minutes before 4pm local time. 51 matches today and another 13 tomorrow morning, for eight per team. We have 45 teams at StL this year.
