Not bad at all for the first-time team. I thought molding your process into the systems was a good idea.

I think that the pictures look a little chopy when they aren't blown to full size. (a great program to fix this for next year is Picasa2 that Google puts out-FREE!)

I really like how you put the pictures side by side when comparing them togther, that's a good idea.

As far as I could tell, your lighting looks good too, nothing is too dark.
