If you win Chairmans award at a regional this year, you qualify to compete against other regional chairmans award winners at the championship this year. According to current rules, you will not be able to compete for championship Chairmans next year unless you win regional chairmans next year. This year's regional chairmans does not qualify you for championship chairmans next year.
