Victor 883 24v

There has been a lot of conversation about if the victor 883 supports 24v with a 24v fan... both recently and in the past. Just to confirm suspicions (if any), a recent email to IFI robotics reads as follows: (with my name/address blocked out)
---------------------------------
######,

Yes the 883 will operate at 24 with a 24V fan.

Regards,

Subject: Victor 883 Question.

II was wondering if your victor 883 speed controllers
can operate
at 24v if I replace the 12v fan with a 24v fan.
