[SCRRF]: Machine Shop class at El Camino
El Camino College will be having another machine shop class on 5 Saturdays
starting in the middle of April that is geared specifically for FIRST Robotics. I've attached a flyer with a few details. This is a great opportunity to get inside a machine shop and learn to use the machines. After taking the class, you'll be able to use the machine shop to make parts for next year's robot. Several members of 294 and 330 took a similar class last fall, and I highly recommend it. For those people reading this who aren't in Southern California, you should talk to your local community colleges that have machine shop classes, as most likely they are hurting for more students. It's a win win situation. |
