In teleoperation Dave juggles red herrings, and robots circle around him hoping to catch them ...

(not sure how scoring would work?)

I believe in intuition and inspiration. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research.

I think it'll be a water game...lol...

Maybe we'll have to save Dave before he drowns a herring. That seems like fun. But animal control might have a problem with it. lol.

Re: Discs Anyone?

This is quite interesting... It was just making me wonder if we might get a clue really early like we did last year? Perhaps one that actually relates to the game?

Re: Discs Anyone?

Just curious... Of the past years, how many FRCs have had actual gamepieces? (i.e. balls, tubes, tetras, etc.)

Next year's game will definitely require bipedal robots walking up and down staircases while being escorted by lovely young women.

**wonders if dave (and the GDC) ever really gets some ideas from these threads**

Only the pit is 10 feet tall and made of plexy, the robots swim in the ball pit.

disks are too much like rings. Pool Noodles are a better option that has been passed around the rumor mills over the years.

Out of any change to next years game. I want different flooring. Yes carpet is cheap but lets try something new. Some teams have the same drive train year after year, and there is def nothing wrong with this, if you find something that works stick with it. I would just like to see something else maybe like astro turf or grass or anything please dave save me
