Random match schedules in Israeli regional

The alliances are not determined, as I understand, by your year's of experience, but from your team number. The lowest third of team numbers will be in Pool A, and will NEVER be partnered with each other. The middle third of team numbers will be in Pool B and will NEVER be partnered with each other, and the same for the highest third of team numbers in Pool C.

I have already directed my opinions on this system to the appropriate thread and will be following up in the feedback sessions.
