Can you advise a date when this happened to your team?

This place is a regular hangout prior to all Georgia Tech home football or basketball games and many other downtown events. It is an Atlanta classic. As you can tell I am very defensive about The Varsity, again not saying that your team members may not have gotten sick. I just think that there is much more to their illness than eating at The Varsity.

Perhaps it is something specific to our team, but every year we've gone there, especially the first, at least 2 team members end up feeling very blah after eating there. This isn't a case of food poisoning or unhealthy cooking practices - I think the (very) greasy food just doesn't agree too much with them, and they don't feel so hot for at least a few hours following their meal. Since we always have a full team meal together somewhere else earlier in the week, some of the adult mentors on the team often bypass the joint and go somewhere a little more "refined" on "Varsity day" - often, we'll hit up Ted's Montana Grill for some bison burgers and tasty milkshakes. Keep in mind, Ted's is a relatively small place and may not be equipped to handle larger groups.
