That's an I2 (2nd generation Segway). These are the current design as gen 1 machines are no longer manufactured. The new Segway has what they call "lean-steer" technology - the control shaft pivots at the base, leaning with the rider to turn. These are much easier for novice riders to pick up, but having mine for nearly 4 years now I was a bit uncomfortable on the new model, even after a couple of hours.

Very cool site for a Segway tour. I know there are several around the world but this is the first I have seen in Israel. I would love to do that tour sometime ...
