Possible DC Regional

hey, so i have been told by a few people, that this idea seems somewhat out there, but i am gonna go for it anyways. i think that if we can get a regional in DC, then Dean's "homework" would be a lot easier. this would allow congressmen/senators to have the opportunity to see the game firsthand, as opposed to online videos. they will have the chance to personally talk to members and mentors so they will be able to fully understand the message of FIRST. so if anyone knows a way to help me out on this, please post your ideas

It could work, but only if they make the VCU regional smaller and allow for more matches per team. I could see the canibalizing the VCU, Chesapeake, and Philly regionals if not handeled correctly.

This is already being worked. Hang on for a bit, and you may be hearing some news about it in a little while. There will be LOTS of opportunities to help pull this event together when things are ready for the next level of activity.
