Re: MorTorq TV Episode 5 From Atlanta - Interviews with DEAN, WOODIE, & DAVE

Definitely your best episode. It's great that you managed to get interviews with Lavery, Dean and Woody. I liked the Wildstang in ape's clothing as well.

If you go to IRI, you should enter the Talent Show - nobody will "Beat-it" like MorTorq...

Re: MorTorq TV Episode 5 From Atlanta - Interviews with DEAN, WOODIE, & DAVE

Absolutely amazing. The Blue Alliance didn't do anything from Atlanta because we were too busy running around watching matches and taking a bit of a break. I am, as usual, extremely impressed with what you guys have put together. Keep up the absolutely amazing work.

I noticed that I hadn't put a link to your show in the sidebar for The Blue Alliance, so I have added it. Hopefully we can send a bit more traffic your way! At some point, MorTorq TV and The Blue Alliance should do a joint event. Maybe Atlanta next year?...

Jello, gerbils, and Knex blocks, eh Woodie? Sounds like 2008 is going to be very different than some previous years.

Yeah, you and about 3000 other people as I splattered in front of the entire Curie crowd. Not one of my more elegant moments. That will teach me to try to catch air jumping over a cable tray...

(and the best part was not having the key with me to turn it back on afterwards. So not only do I fall in front of stands full of people, then I have to just push the Segway off stage. Jason Morrella is still laughing his backside off about that one. )

Anyway, back on topic. Great episode! My favorite line is "before robotics, I used to have braces. But now, they are off!" The new slogan for FIRST should be: "FIRST - straightening the teeth of people everywhere!"

I like the line: "Before FIRST I was in only 2 AP classes, subpar for an Asian. Now I'm in eleven!"

Not word for word, but you get the jist.

Wow, this is the first episode I've ever seen ( and I'm not sure why I didn't know about this earlier? ) and it was hillarious! It was very well done and I loved every minute of it, which is rare for these type of things.

I hope they keep on coming!

Re: MorTorq TV Episode 5 From Atlanta - Interviews with DEAN, WOODIE, & DAVE

The episodes are produced regularly (once a month). Due to the fact that we had regionals close together, maybe two weeks apart, we produced the episodes on much shorter notice. Thank you all for the kind words. We work hard on it.

Re: MorTorq TV Episode 5 From Atlanta - Interviews with DEAN, WOODIE, & DAVE

Thank you all for watching our show. We really appreciate your interest and comments. Thank you Greg for adding us as a link on The Blue Alliance. We will definitely collaborate with The Blue Alliance in the future. Thank you Dave for being on the show and taking the time to watch this episode.

We are planning on filming two or three more episodes for the season. We are also working on MorTorq TV's own website at tv.mortorq.com (not an actual website yet). All of the episodes are available for free on iTunes as a free video podcast.

Thank you all again!
