You are receiving this email because you are involved with a FIRST Robotics Competition team in the Mid-Atlantic area, and/or you attended the Capital Clash in 2005 or you have asked to be on my mailing list. This is the only time this general list will be used.
• An exploratory committee is looking at locations in the Baltimore area, as well as Six Flags in Largo, MD for an off-season competition in Maryland in mid-August 2007. The committee has asked me to assist by sending out this communication.
• Please respond to me [by private message] if you would be tentatively interested in attending. Please make sure to include your team #.
• Based on responses and the committee finding, a decision will be made towards the end of May.
• If you are interested, would you prefer a 1-day or 2-day competition?

* You are receiving this email because you expressed a tentative interest in attending a FIRST off-season competition in Maryland in August 2007. I heard from more than 20 teams in 9 states OUTSIDE of Maryland.
* The exploratory committee will make a final decision by May 31 on whether to hold an event.
* Venues in the Baltimore area are being evaluated. Six Flags was eliminated due to inadequate facilities for the event.
* The tentative date is Saturday August 11, for a one-day competition.

Hello...our lead teacher mentioned this to me today....I read the e-mail
and it mentioned that a venue was being sought in the baltimore- washington
area. She is interested as am i (I'm a baltimore native and have family there)
