Re: iD Tech Camps: Summer jobs available working with Vex

I have applied, went through 85% of filling out the application and asked for more time as said in the application, then the days went by and i just recieved a email stating they passed on me and hired someone else. It sounds like a great place, but i would be careful while dealing with these people for employment. I'd also like to state that they will not hire you for 1 program, you must be able to teach atleast two of the course Brandon has listed.

o well, i guess...

(if this is not proper, i will reword it to be proper.)

Has anyone else applied for an Instructor position with iD? I got a job teaching the RoboContenders class at Wake Forest University. The pay is better than anything I would be getting here on the Gulf Coast and free room and board is definately a plus. This really is an amazing job opportunity and a great camp for students.

It's not totally free room and board. It costs $60 a weekend to stay there. and the overall income to the hours worked is not that great.
