Yes, Chris is very serious!!
We have found a simple and effective way to take our robot apart into 5-6 pieces (plus bumpers and extra parts), so every team member will have one piece of luggage and 1 robot part. One of our team member's father can do the packaging, so it all works out. We will have to coordinate this with the airlines prior to our flight, but we don't expect any special problems (at least not on the transatlantic flight). Karthik, it would be great if you and anyone else willing to can help us. It would be great if the assembly goes quickly. We estimate it will take 2 hours max to assemble and test the robot. |
