What I think they need to do is start more programs to inspire younger STUDENTs. Keep up with the colleges, but direct more recruitment programs toward High Schoolers, and definitly try to go for the Middle School students, too. This way they can start an early interest and keep the "fuse" burning.
But that's my opinion. |
