Help - T-Shirt Trouble in Atlanta

I know tons of people by shirts and other things from the FIRST Store inside the Georgia Dome at the Championship. I have a dilemma - I placed the order for my shirt, picked the logo that I wanted on it and everything and was told to come back later to pick it up. I went back at the very end of the day after the finals on Einstein (this was Saturday) , and they tell me that they can't find my shirt and they probably sold it to someone else. I was told that it was no problem - all I had to do was fill out a new order form, put my name and address on the back, and they would mail it to me within a week. Well I was a fool and didn't ask for any phone number or other way of contacting them if something went wrong and guess what - it's now more than a month later and I still don't have a shirt, so it's obviously not coming. Has anyone else had this problem? I know I saw several other people who were filling out forms alondside me at the end of the day. Did anyone who did this receive a shirt? And does anyone know of a way to contact the FIRST Store to let them know of the problem and find out if they could send a new one? Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Help - T-Shirt Trouble in Atlanta

Their webstore is located here, and they have a contact page here, so you could try that. I'm not sure if LogoLoc was running the store, or if FIRST was doing it differently.

You're not the only one.
I've been talking to them for a bit, my order got mixed up.
There phone number (so you don't have to go searching their website) is 1-888-LOGO-LOC.

They've been really helpful, and I'm sure can fix your order without a hinge. =)

Re: Help - T-Shirt Trouble in Atlanta

Thank you for the help. At least I know I'm not the only one who had trouble and that they are still processing orders. I contacted them via e-mail and am now waiting for a response. Thanks again for the contact information.

Re: Help - T-Shirt Trouble in Atlanta

Our team ordered 40 shirts from Logo-Loc when we were in Atlanta. Our order took about a month to get to us...we understand about the many orders, so this was fine. What we found was that some of the t-shirts, after being washed once, had the print coming off or the print cracking. Has anyone else had this problem? What has been your experience in getting this corrected? We are in the process of contacting Logo-Loc.

Thanks!

Connie

I had a similar problem 2 years ago, but I didn't realize that the logo was cracked when they first applied it. I've never had any problems with any of the other shirts I've gotten from them, even after many washings. I would reccomend contacting Scott Chalifour. He's the one who fixed my order. It turns out that my order was accidently placed in the wrong pile. He was very helpful in correcting the problem once he became aware of it. Scott's email is: mailto:scott@logoloc.com

I have dealt with Logo LOC before, they are a good company and have always been very responsive. Keep us posted!

Red face Re: Help - T-Shirt Trouble in Atlanta

This is a bit late, but our t-shirt issues were resolved. There were problems on the other end with some of the lettering sticking, but things seem to be fine now! Thanks for your responses.
