How do i attach pictures?

If the pictures are FIRST-related, you can upload them to the site using CD-Media -- the link to it can be found at the top of the site's navigation -- and then create discussions about the picture from there. You can also then create a hyperlink to the photo's CD-Media URL if you'd like to include it another thread.

You might also consider uploading the photo to another host -- such as Photobucket or Imageshack -- and linking to it there. The WYSIWYG editor displayed while making posts contains a button that'll generate the code needed to embed a picture.

As a last resort, you can also attach certain file types directly to your posts. Look below the editing window at "Additional Options," and click "Manage Attachments". Preferably, however, this ought to be used as a last resort or when the photograph is specifically applicable to an esoteric topic of discussion as it makes it otherwise impossible to catalog and search for that photo later.
