I like Notepad2, personally. Text editing with syntax highlighting in PHP, CSS, and HTML. Sweeeet.
Wordpress and Drupal are both great, easy to use Content Management Systems that run on top of PHP and MySQL. You might consider one if you want to make your job as easy as possible  |
