duh, thanks. dunno how i forgot that stuff. implemented

- took out the timer, it will come back later when I implement different Modes
- built in a system to prevent duplicate questions as much.
- some GUI changes were made to make things easier
- can now skip questions quickly

- different modes, with different limitations
-- modes will allow for a scoreboard system
