Check out the NEMO (Non-Engineering Mentor Organization) website: www.firstnemo.org We have lots of resources for rookie and veteran teams in the non-technical areas.

Also your team mentor might like to join in the FIRST Senior Mentor teleconference this Thursday, September 20, 2007 for a discussion of "Fall Development Strategies".

How about the whitepapers section of CD-Media? There are lots of good ideas in there. Even if some or most of them are not workable for your team, you can get some pretty good ideas from there.

Lots of help is coming via the President's Circle.

Another resource is MOEmentum. http://www.fsrobotics.org/moe365//moementum.php This resource was developed to assist teams during their rookie year, but non-rookies have utilized the information also.
