I am attaching the form here.
Remember: You will also need a VEX inspection form.... I will get it and post. Major concerns are always: Size Weight .... drilling holes is not good. Legal amount/kind of motors Legal cost containment for wheels and have proof if asked WARNING! WARNING! Just because it is at Home Depot does not make it a legal part. You must use the additional materials list. Every year some teams have issues. AND A BIG ONE: All teams MUST have 4" numbers on 4 sides of their robot - no exception.
