Packed floppies and big balls

I should have seen it coming. Last year our team wasn't aware of the proper ball pressure (partly because the one at kickoff was very high) so we had no idea the real balls could be squeezed through the center, much less thrown in. This year was the same, but luckily with less side effects.
As mentioned previously the floppies were quite stiff. The one we got at kick-off - if pinched at the top and shaken - is filled a little over half way. The ones at the KSC regional - when pinched at the top and shaken - were usually filled three-quarters of the way.
As human player this came as a bit of a shock, but luckily I had perfected throwing the thin floppies so the stiff ones were only an advantage.
Our floppy-holding capacity however changed from 10 to 6, but luckily we had some velcro on hand and we never figured out just how many floppies we could fit in Big Jimmy.
