Installing WPILib libraries in Vex 2.0

Hi, I've spent most of my time to-date building the hardware on a Vex project.
I'd like to get started using EasyC 2.0 (update 2.9.0.2) and I would like to use the WPILib libraries.
The .cmd script in the WPILib2007012201.zip archive attempts to extract the WPILibVex.lib file to: "c:\Program Files\Intelitek\easyc Pro\#Tools\vex\18F8520\WPILib.lib", but I don't have the Pro version.

How can I install the libraries into EasyC 2.0?

I've attempted the "Import Library" item under the Options menu, unsuccessfully.
I also tried just extracting the archive to c:\WPILib directory, but that doesn't appear to work either.

Once I have it correctly installed, will the appropriate Function Blocks appear for the WPILib functions, or will I have to create those manually with the "User Code" function block?

Thanks for your help,
Kent
