I just downloaded that file myself.
Why it won't open in Powerpoint 2003 blame Microsoft, because it opens perfectly in Powerpoint 2000. Perhaps you can find an older version of Powerpoint. |

Funny...my copy of PowerPoint 2003 opened it. (Note: I don't think Microsoft would be quite so dumb as to not allow new versions of their software to open files made in old versions.)
