Attention Boston Area Teams!-Fundraising Seminar

The NUTRONS will be hosting a Seminar on Fund raising. It will include
guest speakers from teams as well as industry. The focus is to learn
about types of fund raising, marketing yourself, what options you have
and how you can implement it all.

Time:
We need your help to schedule this. We are proposing 3 dates.
1. Wednesday December 5, from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
2. Saturday December 8, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
3. Sunday December 9, from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Please respond by the end of the day Thursday, November 29 with what
days you either can attend or not attend. The day with the most people
will be chosen and announced by the end of the day Friday November 30.
We need a head count by the day before of how many people are
attending. We want to accommodate as many people as possible. After the
seminar the resources will be made available online at a website TBD.

All RSVPs should be emailed to askanengineer.125@gmail.com with your
team contact, phone number and team name & number. If you wish to speak
with someone on the phone please call 413-237-6783 after 5:00 PM during
the week or reasonable hours on the weekends.

If you are not a team mentor and are still interested in attending, please let us know!

Once we get closer to the date, a finalized agenda with the speakers
will be released to the teams that have RSVPed.

I would also like to take this opportunity to announce the "ask an
engineer" program run by the NUtrons. This system is set up
specifically for teams and mentors who have ANY questions at all
relating to FIRST. Fundraising, programming, constructing, team
building, competitions are just a few examples of what we can help you
with. All you have to do is send an email to askanengineer.125@gmail.com and we will try our hardest to give you a helpful and detailed response within 24 hours.
