Dead microcontroller :-(

Our microcontroller refuses to run any programs. We have tried downloading the default code and opening the online window, but nothing works -- it refuses to respond to remote control or to execute autonomous programs. It was working fine 3 days ago but lost something being moved from school to home.

When we plug in the battery and turn on the transmitter, the battery power and program status lights go on, but the RX 1 and Rx2 status lights won't go on. When the microcontroller is turned on with the transmitter on, it fails to emit that high-pitched whine you usually hear.

Once when we were downloading the default code, some plugged-in motors gave a quick "jerk", but that was the only action we've been able to elicit from this microcontroller.

We tried using a different microcontroller, and everything else works fine -- battery, RF module, program downloading, transmitter, motors, etc., so the "brain" really is our problem.

Any suggestions? Can the microcontroller be reinitialized?

Re: Dead microcontroller :-(

Try downloading the master code, and default code.
