CMUcam Viewing

Hello,

I am a bit confused as to how I view images from my CMUcam2 on my computer. Another team member shoved a copy a labview in my hands, but upon searching the tubes for more info, I came accross this 100kb java applet that claims to do the same thing. (And cross platform!)

I would love to save the gigs of space! Can I just use that small applet?

---edit---
also, my computer does not have a serial port. So I need to use the USB-Serial adapter. Do I need any drivers for that?
-----------

Thanks-
-Jordan Perr
