Drill Motors

Ok...now that i have a couple drill motors to mess with
and some spare time (hey...finals aren't for another
2 weeks ...anyone care to explain all that stuff
about the drill motors to me? The stuff that was on
here right as the comp. started this year about the
backdrive pins (i think) and some other things.

Or better yet, someone want to write one of those
white papers about it?

I would really like to have those things figured out
before next year so that my team can use them to their
full potential...

Thanks,
Tom
