Welcome to the community.
For a website, you could try talking to your school administrator and try and get the school to host it. or you could use googlepages.com It's not great, but it's useful to people like me who are not programmers. tvrobotics.googlepages.com is ours. Not that great, but it gets the job done. 2. for shirts, we just found a small local shirt shop. We told them about our situation and school and stuff, and they gave us a nice discount. 3.
